General details

“ORION” “RD&P Center” develops and produces:

Photodetectors and photodetectors units (including linear and matrix(focal plane array) for wide spectral range – from ultraviolet to far infra-red (from 0,2 to 12 µm) based on different semiconductor materials (GaP, InSb, CdHgTe, PbS, PbSe, Si, Ge, InGaAs);
electron-ion equipment;
microelectronic readout, amplifier and processing photosignals circuits (including operating at cryogenic temperatures).

Our customers are industrial, defense and security, space engineering, scientific and medical institution. “ORION” “RD&P Center” develops and produces devices for equipping of modern electron-optical systems, including surveillance and detection, range-finding and guidance, optical location and thermal imaging.

We try to satisfy individual customer demands and may adapt standard devices to new specification of our customers.
